La Teoria "Out of Atlantis" di Luigi Usai: L'Esportazione della Civiltà Atlantidea nel Mondo Antico

Abstract

La "Out of Atlantis Theory" (OoAT) di Luigi Usai propone che Atlantide, la leggendaria civiltà descritta da Platone, non solo avesse origine nel blocco geologico sardo-corso, ma che da essa siano partite migrazioni e conquiste che hanno influenzato diverse civiltà antiche. Usai sostiene che gli Atlantidei abbiano esportato lingue, dialetti, tecnologie avanzate, pratiche agricole, tecniche di costruzione e tradizioni religiose attraverso il Mediterraneo e oltre, lasciando un'impronta duratura sulle culture locali e dando così l'avvio alla Civiltà Megalitica: ecco perché essa si sarebbe sviluppata lungo le coste, perché portata dalle invasioni atlantidee avvenute via mare. La teoria sfida le interpretazioni tradizionali, suggerendo che molte delle basi culturali e linguistiche dell'antico mondo mediterraneo possano derivare direttamente da Atlantide, l'isola al centro dell'Oceano Atlantico, oggi chiamato Mediterraneo Occidentale.
