Statistical Inference and Temporal Logics on Pathway Models Using Interval Discrete-Time Markov Chain

Abstract

Contains all models, submodels, scripts, plots, and results used in the analysis of a Galactose Regulatory Model. For the analysis, many discrete-time Markov chain (DTMC) submodels are constructed from one uncertain interval discrete-time Markov Chain model (IDTMC). Using PRISM Model Checker, probabilistic model checking queries are performed on the DTMCs. The Expectation-Maximization (EM) and Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) algorithms condense the query results for analysis.
