Abstract

L’objectif de cette étude est d’évaluer les effets des gains monétaires de l'entrepreneuriat féminin sur les indicateurs non monétaires du développement humain que sont la santé et l’éducation au Tchad. Les données de cette recherche sont de source secondaire et appartiennent à la base des données de l’Institut National de la Statistique, des Etudes Economiques et Démographiques (INSEED), notamment les données de l’Enquête sur la Consommation des Ménages et le Secteur Informel au Tchad, troisième phase (ECOSIT-3) de 2011. Elles ont été analysées grâce aux modèles Tobit et Probit pour apprécier les effets des gains monétaires tirés de l’entrepreneuriat féminin sur les indicateurs non monétaires du développement humain au Tchad. Les résultats montrent que la différence d'accès à l'éducation et aux soins de santé entre les ménages dirigés par les femmes entrepreneures et ceux dirigés par les femmes non entrepreneures n'est pas significative au seuil de 5%. Ces résultats permettent de conclure que les gains monétaires issus de l'entrepreneuriat féminin n’améliorent pas significativement les indicateurs non monétaires du développement humain dans le contexte de l’étude.
