Abstract

This is an example dataset as well as trained network weights for the segmentation of lung area and diaphragm in Real-Time MRI images, and complementary to the code available at https://gitlab.gwdg.de/leon.lettermann1/rtmri_lung_unet . This work is part of a project at the University Medical Center Göttingen, and under preparation for publication.
