DexRT Inputs and Results for Levitation-Condensation Prominence Snapshot (Supporting Paper)

Abstract

Data and scripts used in the DexRT synthesis and analysis of the levitation-condensation prominence snapshot of Jenkins & Keppens 2021. Reference to paper will be added when available. netCDF files are all version 4 (i.e. HDF5), and are read in Python with the standard netCDF reader or xarray.YAML formats specified in the pydantic schemas in DexRT.DexRT version used: v0.2.2 (GitHub) The difference between original version of files and this is the removal of velocity along the homogeous (y) axis in the model. The effects are minor.
