Perception de l'impact des structures gouvernementales d'accompagnement sur l'intention et l'acte entrepreneurial de la jeunesse au Cameroun

Abstract

Les structures d’accompagnement sont-elles efficaces afin de renforcer l’intention entrepreneuriale des jeunes surtout, de les amener à passer à l’acte? Se basant sur une étude qualitative de cas enchâssés, une grille d’entretien inspirée de Misukami-MiKanda (2012) est administrée à 7 incubés issus de 2 structures d’accompagnement. Les résultats révèlent que sur 7 incubés, 3 reconnaissent avoir reçu les idées des programmes; 5 sur 7 déclarent bénéficier du soutien du personnel des programmes pour vaincre la peur de se lancer en affaires, 5 sur 7 exposent avoir bénéficié de financement du programme pour résoudre le problème de manque de moyen financier. Face aux problèmes de complexité de la procédure administrative de constitution de l’entreprise, 2 incubés décrient la lenteur du processus de financement des structures d’accompagnement, les autres pensent que le programme est plus directif que pratique. Il se dégage la nécessité d’ajuster les offres des structures d’accompagnement aux besoins des incubés pour une création réussie de nouvelles entreprises.
