Abstract

Rules of the 1810 Spanish National Assembly met at Real Isla de León (Cortés de Cádiz https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cortes_of_C%C3%A1diz) Section 1, Article 2 describes the preset schedules for sessions with a seasonal squeme. The Assembly would seat from 10:00 to 14:00 (October to April) and 09:00 to 13:00 (May to September). Save for transition dates the squeme follows the current seasonal daylight saving time, where clocks instead of preset schedules move. 18 pages
