Abstract

В условиях действия конституционного принципа равенства всех перед законом и судом, актуальной становится проблема правового регулирования иммунитетов отдельных категорий лиц. Неотвратимость ответственности, являясь одним из наиболее значимых принципов правого государства определяет построение всего механизма ее реализации. В настоящее время некоторые специальные субъекты права могут избежать уголовного преследования благодаря своему иммунитету. Этот термин происходит от латинского слова "immunitas", что означает освобождение от чего-то. В юридической науке иммунитет означает освобождение от ответственности и/или преследования.....
