
Scripts for a Graph-based Nanopore Adaptive Sampling tool, known as 'GNASTy' (Graph Nanopore Adaptive Sampling Typing, pronounced 'nasty'), which is a modification of Readfish. This repository contains code from the original Readfish tool from Payne et al. 2021 (available here: https://github.com/LooseLab/readfish, publication: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41587-020-00746-x).
