Abstract

La presente investigación parte del interés sobre la percepción de alumnos y profesores del Instituto Tecnológico de Chetumal involucrados en el proceso tutorial, considerándolo una herramienta para identificar y abordar las necesidades académicas de los estudiantes. El objetivo consiste en elaborar un diagnóstico a partir de la interpretación de ambas partes, para abordar las necesidades académicas. Para el efecto se utiliza un enfoque cualitativo, con diseño fenomenológico, cuyos resultados de Focus Group sirvan como retroalimentación informada para ajustar y mejorar las estrategias de tutoría, garantizando así el aprendizaje efectivo y una experiencia educativa enriquecedora para todos los estudiantes.
