Pratiques de l'innovation shanzhaï et entrepreneuriat local au Cameroun : cas de quelques TPE informelles de la ville de Douala

Abstract

Défini comme l’ensemble des activités génératrices de revenus (AGR) s’exerçant en dehors des règles institutionnelles ou du cadre réglementaire. Le secteur informel est aujourd’hui, dans la plupart des pays de la sous-région, un secteur qui emploie la majorité de la main d’œuvre et qui regorge de plus de jeunes. À cet effet, ces jeunes sur le plan local font dans la plupart du temps appel à l’imitation pour y apporter une touche particulière qui pourrait ou non différencier leur activité de celle issue du secteur formel. Ce travail de recherche a pour objectif de montrer la contribution des pratiques de l’innovation Shanzhaï dans l’entrepreneuriat local. Pour ce faire, l’approche qualitative a été mobilisée autour d’un raisonnement adductif. Ainsi, des études de cas ont été menées sur un échantillon de 6 TPE du secteur informel. À l’issue de l’analyse, les résultats révèlent que les pratiques de l’innovation Shanzhaï contribuent globalement au développement de l’entrepreneuriat local, bien qu’il existe « le revers de la médaille ».
