Abstract

Har qanday davlatning demokratlilik darajasi unda inson huquq va manfaatlarining to‘la himoya qilinishi bilan chambarchas bog‘liq. Bugungi kunda dunyo davlatlarining deyari barchasida inson hayoti, sog‘ligi, uning sha’ni, qadr-qimmati, daxlsizligi konstitutsiya va qonunlar bilan himoya qilinib, zo‘ravonlik va kamsitishga yo‘l qo‘yilmasligi belgilab qo‘yilgan. Ammo bugungi kunning dolzarb muammolaridan biri oiladagi tazyiq va zo‘ravonlik bo‘lib, aksariyat holatlarda mazkur jarayonning jabrlanuvchilari xotin-qizlar ekanligi ko‘rsatilmoqda. Mazkur maqolada oiladagi tazyiq va zo‘ravonlikka qarshi kurash, uning oldini olish masalalari atroflicha tadqiq etilgan. Ushbu muammoning samarali yechimi sifatida ma’naviy islohatlarni yanada rivojlantirish, ma’naviy tarbiya va targ‘ibotlar ta’sirchanligini oshirish zarurligidan iborat ilmiy xulosa, taklif va tavsiyalar berilgan.
