Clade formed by isolates of 'Ithyoclinostomum' yamagutii (incertae sedis) is highlighted in grey. Taxon names are followed by GenBank accession numbers of ITS, 28S, and cox1, respectively, and country of record. Branch length scale bar indicates number of substitutions per site.
