IMPACTO DE LA INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL EN LA EDUCACIÓN JURÍDICA LATINOAMERICANA

Abstract

En este artículo de revisión bibliográfica se exploraron las tendencias emergentes y futuras de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) en la enseñanza del derecho en América Latina, con un enfoque en la aplicación de IA en la resolución de casos legales, la personalización del aprendizaje jurídico y la evaluación automatizada de competencias legales. Se identificaron hallazgos significativos que resaltan el potencial transformador de la IA en la educación jurídica, destacando su capacidad para mejorar la eficacia y calidad de los procesos educativos. Este estudio contribuye a la comprensión de cómo la IA está siendo aplicada en la educación jurídica en la región, ofreciendo nuevas perspectivas y oportunidades para mejorar la enseñanza del derecho. Se sugiere que futuras investigaciones se enfoquen en abordar los desafíos éticos de la IA en la educación jurídica y en explorar nuevas aplicaciones y estrategias para optimizar su uso en el ámbito legal, promoviendo un enfoque ético y responsable en su implementación

This literature review article explored emerging and future trends in Artificial Intelligence (AI) in legal education in Latin America, with a focus on the application of AI in the resolution of legal cases, the personalization of legal learning, and automated assessment. of legal powers. Significant findings were identified that highlight the transformative potential of AI in legal education, highlighting its ability to improve the effectiveness and quality of educational processes. This study contributes to the understanding of how AI is being applied in legal education in the region, offering new perspectives and opportunities to improve legal education. It is suggested that future research focuses on addressing the ethical challenges of AI in legal education and exploring new applications and strategies to optimize its use in the legal field, promoting an ethical and responsible approach in its implementation
