In 2024, the AGRIGEP project facilitated transformative on-site visits led by experts from thePolytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), fostering collaborative environments for genderequality initiatives within partnering universities. Through lectures, workshops, and strategicdiscussions, the UPC team shared best practices, inspired dialogue, and empoweredparticipants to integrate gender perspectives into teaching, research, and institutionalframeworks. Feedback highlighted the profound impact of these interactions, signaling acollective commitment to advancing gender equality.
