A gradient-based optimisation routine for the reconstruction of three-dimensional magnetisation structures from a set of single polarisation X-ray projections with XMCD contrast. The codes are written in matlab, and there is an example simulated micromagnetic structure provided with which one can become familiar with the code. Licence inforrmation is provided, and a readme file offers instructions for use. Work that makes use of this code should cite: Donnelly et al., "Tomographic reconstruction of a three-dimensional magnetization vector field", New Journal of Physics (2018) Version 1.0.1: utilities folder added with all functions required for running the code.
The software can also be found on the ETH data repository at http://doi.org/10.5905/ethz-1007-141.
