Abstract

Penentuan guru dengan kinerja terbaik pada Pondok Pesantren Daar el-Qolam 2 dilakukan dengan melakukan kegiatan assessment setiap semester dengan instrument yang terdiri atas penilaian soft kompetensi dan hard kompetensi yang memiliki kriterianya masing-masing. Pada kenyataannya, kegiatan assessment masih dilakukan secara manual. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan terjadinya human error dan berkas penilaian menjadi rentan hilang, tercecer, atau rusak. Dengan dibangunnya sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Multi Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA), diharapkan selain dapat mengurangi permasalahan yang telah disebutkan, sistem juga dapat mendukung proses pemilihan guru dengan kinerja terbaik. Sistem dibangun dengan menggunakan framework AngularJS dan CodeIgniter serta MySQL sebagai bahasa pemrograman database. Pengambangan sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode prototyping. Jenis pengujian yang dilakukan, yaitu, Black-box testing pada pengujian alpha dan beta. Dilakukan pula pengujian akurasi hasil perhitungan metode Moora yang dilakukan oleh sistem dan analisa kecocokan hasil sistem dengan data yang sudah ada. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, fungsional sistem berjalan sesuai dengan requirement yang telah didefinisikan dengan hasil pengujian alpha 100% dan beta 98%. Sistem juga dapat mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan guru dengan kinerja terbaik dalam ruang lingkup yang telah ditentukan dengan hasil pengujian akurasi 100%.
