De cette façon, cet article est une première approche de la caractérisation de l'activité textile dans la région à partir d'éléments tels que les fusayoles, les mâchoires de camélidés, les enclos, afin de discuter et d'apporter de nouvelles connaissances historiques dans l'austro équatorien. La zone d'étude est nuancée comme un scénario propice au développement de la flore et de la faune, car la ressource en eau dans la région est permanente et présente sur toute l'étendue du plateau. Cette caractéristique est perceptible par les différents moments où le plateau de Pachamama a été occupé, où des systèmes de terrassement et des chemins reliant différentes zones constituant un réseau routier ont été construits. This article is an initial approach to the characterization of textile-making activity in the area based on artifacts such as spindle whorls, camelid mandibles, and corrals, in order to provide new historical knowledge about southern Ecuador. The study area is a favorable environment for the development of flore and fauna, as it contains permanent water resources across the extent of plateau. This environmental scenario was similar during periods of past occupations of the Pachamama Plateau, where terraces and roads were built to connect different areas, constituting a road network.
espanolLa meseta de Pachamama (Azuay, Ecuador) constituye un espacio de gran interes arqueologico pues los restos culturales en el registrados denotan actividades especificas de culturas prehispanicas asentadas en la region. De esta manera, el presente articulo resulta una primera aproximacion a la caracterizacion de la actividad textilera en el area a partir de elementos como fusayolas, mandibulas de camelidos, corrales, con el fin de discutir y aportar nuevos conocimientos historicos en el austro ecuatoriano. Se matiza el area de estudio como un escenario propicio para el desarrollo de flora y fauna, pues el recurso hidrico en la zona es permanente y se presenta en toda la extension de la meseta. Esta caracteristica es perceptible por los diferentes momentos en que fue ocupada la meseta de Pachamama, donde se construyeron sistemas de terraceria y caminos que conectan diferentes areas constituyendo una red vial.
