The article is sanctified to the location and role of administrative law of Ukraine in the process of development of the modern state. Attention applies on that this problem was and is in the spotlight of anchorwomen of scientists – lawyers, however, far not all aspects of influence of administrative law on perfection of institutes of the state got a reflection in scientific publications. The aim of writing of the article consists of partial removal of blanks in research of this range of problems. The special place is spared to description of the administrative legislation sent to perfection of the system of central executive public and institute of government service authorities, and also on counteraction of corruption. Some problems of reformation are examined in the field of socio-cultural building, in particular during carrying out pension reform and reforms in area of health protection and higher legal education. Attention applies on that, before their introduction it was necessary to conduct an all-round scientific analysis and as an experiment to inculcate in some regions and only under reaching positive results to spread them on all territory of the state.
