Violencia contra la mujer en confinamiento en el marco de la emergencia sanitaria por Covid 19: Una revisión teórica

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo identificar las aproximaciones teóricas acerca de la violencia de género en el contexto de pareja durante las situaciones del confinamiento causado por la emergencia sanitaria de Covid-19, a modo de analizar la complejidad del fenómeno en la región latinoamericana y proponer estrategias de acción para mitigarlo. La metodología utilizada hace referencia a una revisión sistemática a través del método PRISMA, con la cual se realiza una búsqueda y consulta de diferentes artículos científicos en bases de datos especializadas tales como Scopus, Google Académico, Scielo, Science Direct, entre otros, con un criterio de selección temporal comprendido en el año 2020, tomando en cuenta que además se relacionen con la temática tratada o, por lo menos, la aborden en alguno de sus aspectos. Los documentos consultados muestran cómo se eleva el índice de presentación dela violencia de género en contexto de pareja durante situaciones atípicas como pandemias, tsunamis, terremotos, fenómenos en los cuales se elevan los niveles de estrés, que pueden provocar estallidos de violencia en diferentes interacciones sociales, siendo la violencia contra las mujeres y los niños la de mayor frecuente presentación
