Evaluación de los estilos de liderazgo en docentes de primaria: un análisis comparativo

Abstract

La evaluación de los estilos de liderazgo en docentes de primaria es esencial para mejorar el rendimiento académico y el bienestar tanto de estudiantes como de docentes. Este estudio compara los estilos de liderazgo en docentes de primaria y su impacto en el entorno educativo. Mediante una revisión sistemática de la literatura siguiendo las directrices de la Declaración PRISMA, se llevaron a cabo cuatro procedimientos fundamentales: identificación, selección, elegibilidad e inclusión. Inicialmente, se identificaron 86 registros, que fueron filtrados y depurados en varias fases hasta quedar 5 estudios clave. Los resultados indicaron que el liderazgo transformacional se asocia positivamente con la satisfacción laboral y el desempeño docente, creando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y motivador. En contraste, el liderazgo laissez-faire está vinculado a una menor satisfacción y desempeño, generando un entorno desmotivado. El estudio también destaca los desafíos en la implementación de estos estilos de liderazgo, como la adaptación a contextos culturales y organizacionales específicos, y la necesidad de formación continua. Concluyendo que, para lograr un liderazgo efectivo en la educación primaria, es crucial un enfoque integral que incluya capacitación docente y estrategias adaptadas al contexto de cada escuela.
