ABSTRACT This study highlights the application of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) technology as a non-invasive approach to investigate the position of tendons in a prestressed concrete slab on a bridge located in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. The analysis of the obtained images enabled the precise identification of the position, cover, and spacing of these tendons.
