
O‘zbekiston uzumchilik-vinochilik mahsulotlari eksportni diversifikatsiya qilish uchun bitta bozor yoki mahsulotgabog‘liqlikni kamaytirishga qaratilgan harakatlar zarurdir. Bu yangi bozorlarni kengaytirish, yangi mahsulotlarniyoki ikkalasini ham joriy etishni o‘z ichiga oladi. Eksportni diversifikatsiya qilish strategiyasini amalga oshirish uchun esaeksport qilish imkoniyati mavjud bo‘lgan bozorlarni tahlil qilinishi lozim. Bozor tahlili potensial eksport bozorlarini aniqlashuchun bozorni chuqur o‘rganishni o‘z ichiga oladi. Bunda bozor hajmi, o‘sish tendensiyalari, raqobat, tartibga solish muhitiva ijtimoiy-madaniy holatlar kabi omillarning taʼsiri ham o‘rganilishi lozim. Eksportni diversifikatsiya qilish uzoq muddatlistrategik tashabbus hisoblanadi. Bunda muayyan maqsadlar, bosqichlar va amalga oshirish muddatlari bilan aniq yo‘lxaritasini ishlab chiqish talab etiladi.
