Asosiy nuqsonlar sifatida bozorda yangi texnologiyalar natijasida olinadigan ijobiy samaralarning mukofotlanmasligi(1), bozorning jahonda sodir bo‘layotgan yashil transformatsiya jarayonlarida raqobatbardoshlilikni saqlab qolishgako‘maklashmasligi (2), shuningdek milliy xavfsizlikni ta’minlay olmasligi (3) keltiriladi.
