Impact de la transformation digitale sur le processus de gestion des relations clients « Etude comparative »

Abstract

Cette étude compare les processus traditionnels et digitaux de gestion des relations clients (CRM) en examinant des aspects clés tels que l'efficacité, le coût, la satisfaction des clients, la fidélisation, et l'expérience client. Les processus traditionnels se caractérisent par des interactions personnelles et des méthodes manuelles, tandis que les processus digitaux utilisent des technologies modernes pour automatiser et optimiser les interactions client. Les résultats montrent que les processus digitaux offrent des avantages significatifs en termes de rapidité, d'efficacité et de personnalisation. Cependant, des défis subsistent, notamment les coûts initiaux et l'adaptation culturelle. Les processus digitaux améliorent également la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients en créant une expérience plus cohérente et engageante. Cette étude propose des recommandations pour une adoption progressive des technologies digitales dans les pratiques de CRM afin de maximiser les avantages tout en minimisant les défis. Il est crucial que les entreprises investissent dans la formation continue de leur personnel et mettent en place des stratégies adaptées pour surmonter les obstacles liés à la transition digitale.
