Pengaruh Kebahagiaan Terhadap Emotional Well-Being Pada Penikmat Tiktok di Kabupaten Bekasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kebahagiaan terhadap Emotional well-being pada penikmat TikTok di Kabupaten Bekasi. Kebahagiaan merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi Emotional well-being, dan penggunaan media sosial, khususnya TikTok, telah menjadi fenomena signifikan di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasi dan regresi untuk menganalisis hubungan dan pengaruh antara kebahagiaan dan Emotional well-being. Populasi penelitian ini adalah individu yang aktif menggunakan TikTok. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dan purposive sampling, dengan total 140 responden yang ditentukan melalui perhitungan GPower. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mencakup variabel kebahagiaan dan Emotional well-being. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kebahagiaan dan Emotional well-being pada penikmat TikTok. Individu yang merasa lebih bahagia cenderung memiliki kesejahteraan emosional yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa penggunaan TikTok yang berlebihan dapat berdampak negatif pada kesejahteraan emosional, namun kebahagiaan yang diperoleh dari konten positif dapat mengimbangi dampak tersebut. Penelitian ini memiliki kebaruan pada fokus populasi dan lokasi yang belum pernah diteliti sebelumnya, yaitu penikmat TikTok di Kabupaten Bekasi. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan lebih dalam tentang pentingnya kebahagiaan dalam meningkatkan Emotional well-being di era digital.
