Abstract

O presente artigo tem como objetivo demonstrar o lapso temporal da Fundação Nacional do Povos Indígenas (FUNAI) na conclusão dos estudos antropológicos das Terras Indígenas Jeju e Areal, no Município de Santa Maria do Pará, estado do Pará, bem como, a judicialização dos direitos da demarcação pelo Ministério Público Federal.
