Русская Троя. Начало. Первые Раскопки Херсонеса Таврического В 1827 Году

Abstract

В статье анализируются версии об авторе первых раскопок Херсонеса, о местоположении первых трех раскопанных храмов, о хронологии первого археологического сезона, об авторе репортажей с раскопок, которые публиковались в петербургской газете "Северная пчела" и журнале "Сын Отечества". Сделан вывод, что руководителем раскопок, несомненно, был плантер Черноморского флота Карл Крузе. Все остальные версии несостоятельны. Корреспондентом "с места событий" был коллега Крузе по Инженерному ведомству Христиан Штир, который в своих репортажах осветил также первый археологический сезон на Неаполе Скифском, начало реставрации бахчисарайского дворца, ход больших учений Черноморского флота 1827 года, начало строительства Севастопольского водопровода и другие знаковые события.
