IMPACT DES PRATIQUES DE GESTION DE LA FERTILITÉ DES SOLS SUR LA DIVERSITÉ, LE NOMBRE DE SPORES ET LES PARAMÈTRES DE MYCORHIZATION DU MIL.

Abstract

Les mycorhizes r?sultent d?une association durable bas?e sur des ?changes r?ciproques entre les racines des plantes et certains champignons du sol. La pr?sente ?tude a pour objectif d??valuer l?effet des pratiques paysannes de gestion de la fertilit? des sols sur les param?tres de mycorhization du mil ainsi que la densit? et la diversit? des spores de la rhizosph?re. Pour cela des ?chantillons de sols et de racines ont ?t? pr?lev?s sur des parcelles mis en places. Les r?sultats de l??tude ont montr? deux genres de spores de champignon ? mycorhize arbusculaire, Glomus et Gigasporas avec une pr?dominance du genre Glomus. Pour ces deux genres de spores le nombre de Glomus (42,7) et de Gigaspora (14,11) est plus ?lev? au niveau du traiement paillage,et faible au niveau du parcage (Glomus 21,33 et 6,5 Gigasporas).la densit? moyenne des spores est plus elev?e au paillage (56,83) qu?aux niveau des autres traitements fumier (38,38), temoin (33,61), parcage (27,83).En ce qui concerne les param?tres de mycorhization la fr?quence est de 100 % dans tous les traitements. L?intensit? de mycorhization ne montre pas de diff?rence significative entre les traitements, cependant le t?moin a enregistr? le taux le plus important (59,99), suivi du paillage (59,51) et du fumier (54,84), ce taux reste faible au niveau du parcage (46,84). Pour la teneur en arbuscules, la valeur la plus ?lev?e est observ?e au niveau du parcage (14,92) et la plus faible au niveau du t?moin (7,3).
