VMWare Image for the UPM Computational Biology Master's Degree Programme

USER: osboxes PASSWORD: osboxes.org VMWare Image for the UPM Computational Biology Programme - Python, Ruby, R, and Semantic Web tools (RDF libraries and BlazeGraph), mysql (client) and Docker pre-configured. Also BLAST, ClustalW, Komodo code editor and Jupyter. (see "configure.sh" for the full build file of this machine) This will be used for the Accelerated Introduction to Computational Biology course (Dr.s Wilkinson, Wabnik, and Huerta Cepas), and subsequently for the Bioinformatics Programming Challenges course of Dr. Wilkinson. It is compatible with the Jupyter Notebooks for the Bioinformatics Programming Challenges course, all found in the CBGP GitHub repository: https://github.com/CBGP-UPM-INIA-PUBLIC
