Compiled to run in Windows, Mac OS X and linux. The FoCuS_scan_linux_1_14.tar.gz contains Linux compatible software tested in Ubuntu 14.04. Untar the binary files (untar -xf ...) and from the terminal run ./FoCuS_scan_linux_1_14_83.exe in the untar'd folder location. The FoCuS_scan_mac_1_14.zip contains Mac OS X compatible software tested in Mavericks and Sierra . Unzip the binary and double-click the FoCuS_scan_mac_1_14_83.app file to run. The FoCuS_scan_win_1_14.zip contains Windows compatible software tested in Microsoft Windows 7.0 and Windows 10. Unzip the binary and double-click the FoCuS_scan_win_1_14_83.exe file to run. The manual for this version of the software is available as the file FoCuS-scan-manual_V1_3.pdf. Please refer to this for detailed instructions for using the software.
