Abstract

Rutpela maculata manca (Schaufuss, 1863) Especie eurosiberiana que coloniza los bosques ḣmedos de la mitad septentrional ibérica, donde resulta ser medianamente habitual encontrarla sobre apiáceas y compuestas (GONZÁLEZ PEÑA et al., 2007). En Galicia está citada de las cuatro provincias (L̎ PEZ-VAAMONDE et al., 2000). La larva es muy polífaga y aunque la mayor parte de los autores la citan como fitohuésped de caducifolias, en nuestro caso se obtuvieron ejemplares a partir por eclosión desde madera de evónimo (Euonymus japonicus) procedente de los viejos ejemplares presentes en el jardín del propio museo. En la IUCN Red List esta especie FigurA como de “ Preocupación menor ” Y con unA tendenciA estable en sus poblaciones europeas por el hecho de que es una especie bastante coṁn en la mayor parte de su área de distribución y que presenta poblaciones muy grandes a pesar de estar éstas severamente fragmentadas, algo que podría contribuir a una disminución en el ṅmero de individuos maduros (DODELIN et al., 2017g). (BR); Doniños, Ferrol, 16-VII-2013, 1 ex. sobre flor de Rubus sp. (BR); Canido, Ferrol, 15-VI-2021, 1 ex. eclosionado de madera de Euonymus japonicus (PT). LUGO: Guitiriz, 28-VI-1987, 1 ex. (CGL); Arexo, A Fonsagrada, 29-VI-2020, 1 ex. (AO).
