Abstract

Развитие цифровой экономики означает вступление страны в новую эпоху развития, в эпоху постиндустриального общества, открывающую неограниченные возможности для демократического развития общества, совершенствования управления страной и экономика. В условиях функционирования цифровой экономики физический труд заменяется трудом интеллектуальным.
