Abstract

Produto derivado de investigações científicas e empíricas originadas no âmbito do Mestrado Profissional em Gestão da Informação e do Conhecimento, oferecido pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Gestão da Informação e do Conhecimento (PPGIC) do Centro de Ciências Sociais Aplicadas da UFRN. Este plano, com especificidade de aplicação estratégica para as bibliotecas virtuais na UFERSA, busca instituir uma abordagem colaborativa no cenário universitário, englobando a Gestão Universitária, o Sistema de Bibliotecas e os departamentos/docentes com foco em iniciativas conjuntas para favorecer o usuário final.
