
Most authors are of the opinion that human well-being is an aggregation of five components, namely, basic needs of food, clothing and shelter, health, security, good relations, and freedom af choice and actions. To this list social resilience also needs to be added, as it also positively impacts human well-being. In order to understand how social resilience could also impact the well-being a qualitative study was conducted with a group of women domestic workers.
