Impacto de los sistemas de gestión del conocimiento (KMS) en la investigación científica: un estudio bibliométrico

Abstract

Los sistemas de gestión del conocimiento (KMS) son cruciales en las organizaciones; fusionan elementos humanos, organizativos y tecnológicos para generar valor mediante el intercambio de conocimiento. Esta investigación pretende enriquecer la comprensión del panorama actual de los KMS a través de una exploración bibliométrica. El objetivo es ofrecer a investigadores y profesionales un resumen actualizado que los sitúe en este campo y su dominio; además de mostrar su estado actual, así como sugerir posibles direcciones futuras de investigación. El estudio revela un crecimiento constante en la investigación de KMS, destacando la colaboración multidisciplinaria y la influencia global. Temas emergentes incluyen elementos como el talento humano y la sostenibilidad, y también se denotan necesidades de investigación en seguridad informática y aprendizaje.
