Estudio bibliométrico: sustentabilidad, marketing y su contexto en el mundo 1999-2024

Abstract

La sustentabilidad es fundamental para conservar los recursos naturales. El marketing juega un papel fundamental en el consumo responsable de bienes y servicios. El objetivo de esta investigación fue conocer las publicaciones sobre sustainability and marketing a través de un análisis bibliométrico. La metodología utilizada fue a través de la base de datos Dimensions y el software VOSviewer, para realizar el mapeo bibliométrico, empleando palabras clave en torno al tema de investigación. Los resultados indican que China es el país con mayor producción científica. El artículo más citado fue “Making Sense of the ‘Clean Label’ Trends: a Review of Consumer Food Choice Behavior and Discussion of Industry Implications” de Asioli et al. (2017) con 641 citas. El título más destacado fue “pandemia” con 96 ocurrencias. Se concluye que las investigaciones sobre sustainability and marketing, en los últimos años, han estado enfocadas al consumo responsable, salud, economía circular e innovación verde.
