O artigo ocupa-se a demostrar que o gestor escolar pode liderar um currículo inclusivo, cosmopolita e multicultural, com dinamismo e democracia, apoiando práticas docentes autónomas que combatam a descriminação e incluam os stakeholders no processo de elevação educativa e de coesão social.
