Abstract

Bugungi kunda bank xizmatlari bozorida yuz berayotgan transformatsion jarayonlar natijasida tijorat banklaridainnovatsion faoliyatni tashkil etish va tartibga solish masalalalari ilmiy-amaliy tadqiqotlarning dolzarb yo‘nalishlaridanbiriga aylanib bormoqda. Xususan, an’anaviy bank xizmatlari bozoriga yuqori texnologik kompaniyalarning kirib kelishinatijasida yangi trendlar va tendensiyalarning yuzaga kelishi, bank faoliyatini ko‘p kanalli xizmatlardan bir kanalli xizmatlartamoyili asosida tashkil etish, mijozlarning turmush tarziga oid xizmatlarning keng ko‘lamli qo‘llanilishi, shuningdek, bankkartalari orqali ko‘rsatilayotgan xizmatlar ko‘lamini kengaytirish kabi masalalarga jiddiy e’tibor qaratilmoqda.
