
PHILOSOPI (Protein Homolog Islands Landscape Organization for Sequence Origin and Profile Indexing) is a protein sequence clustering and indexing method for comparative profiling. Here we provide a heuristic algorithm of neighborhood analysis in PHILOSOPI. This simple source code is wrtten in python3.
