Estrategia de Apropiación Social del Conocimiento del Ecosistema Regional de CTI del Cauca

Abstract

Se presentan en primer lugar las definiciones que se han formulado para la Apropiación Social del Conocimiento (ASC) en diferentes instancias y tiempos, para culminar con la definición declarada en la actual política colombiana de ASC, más un repaso de la evolución de las políticas de ASC en Latinoamérica y Colombia, y cómo se han proyectado en el departamento del Cauca. A continuación, se reseñan los proyectos y acciones en ASC adelantadas por algunos actores en el Cauca. Luego se enuncian los objetivos de la estrategia, a partir de los cuales se proponen cuatro líneas de acción: Reconocimiento y promoción de experiencias, Formación, Incidencia en las políticas públicas, y Articulación al nivel nacional. Se consideró importante incluir también la identificación de los actores del ecosistema que pueden estar relacionados con la estrategia, así como un análisis del papel que pueden desempeñar en su desarrollo. Finalmente se enuncian las acciones y actividades que se proponen para cada una de las líneas estratégicas.
