
This Poster draws attention to possible legal issues surrounding the current licensing practice of scientific data by repositories. It briefly touches the conditions, under which a work can be licensed with a CC-License and calls the repositories to action for a sustainable change of their licensing practice towards a FAIRer data management landscape.
