Abstract

Интернет тармоғида электрон маълумот алмашинуви ва электрон маблағларни трансченаравий операциялари орқали амалга ошириладиган тижорат операциялари электрон тижорат деб номланди. Электрон тижоратнинг бир қанча қулайликлари билан бирга, баъзи камчиликлари ҳам мавжуд. Истеъмолчи маълумотларининг хавфсизлиги ва махфийлигини таъминлаш, уларнинг сифатли маҳсулот сотиб олишлари учун хуқуқларини ҳимоя қилиш, айниқса бундай савдо трансчегаравий тижорат субъектлари ўртасида бўлганда.
