Abstract

En este trabajo se evaluó el efecto del hongo Trichoderma asperellum como bioestimulante de crecimiento de plantas de parchita en la etapa de vivero. Para ello se realizaron bioensayos, completamente al azar, con y sin aplicación del hongo. Las variables evaluadas fueron: germinación (%), altura de tallo, diámetro de tallo, longitud de la raíz, materia seca área, radical y total por planta. Los resultados muestran que el uso de T. asperellum (3x107 esp/ml), aceleró la germinación de la semilla de parchita en un 26,4 % y generó efectos positivos sobre las variables biométricas tanto en la parte aérea como radical, en comparación con el tratamiento testigo (sin Trichoderma). Finalmente el uso de T. asperellum produjo plántulas de alta calidad, facilitando su establecimiento en el campo y generando beneficios económicos en la etapa de vivero.
