Abstract

A proposta deste estudo é desenvolver, com base no uso de dados de precipitação estimada do Climate Hazards Group InfraRed Precipitation with Station data (CHIRPS) version 2.0 (v2.0), a eleição de anos-padrão ao município de Abaetetuba, localizado no estado do Pará. Considerou-se a aplicação do método dos quantis, seguindo as orientações de Pinkayan (1966) e Xavier (2001), a partir de uma análise por histogramas e pela interpretação da espacialização geoestatística dos dados. A base utilizada é composta de 87 postos de precipitação estimada do CHIRPS v2.0 e compreende uma série temporal de 30 anos, no período entre os anos de 1990 e 2019. Os dados foram organizados conforme os critérios adotados para a definição por classes quantílicas, seguido de organizações representativas para melhor tratamento e espacialização. Após isso, puderam ser quantificados por histogramas e espacializados cartograficamente aos limites municipais, sendo interpretados e eleitos conforme avaliação conjunta pelos critérios quantitativo e qualitativo.
