Python script for root image concatenation for RhizoVision Explorer

Abstract

Within the ZIP file is a well-documented python script designed to take a series of images, either a string to group based on common elements of the file name, or a separate CSV file that explictly groups file names with a output common file name for grouping. Images are concatenated horizontally while maintaing resolution and padded as needed.
