Nesozineus triviale até o momento estava assinalada para o Brasil (Maranhão, Goiás, Mato Grosso do Sul, Minas Gerais, Espírito Santo, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Paraná) e Bolívia (Santa Cruz). Examinamos, no MZUSP, um exemplar do Amazonas: Maués e um do Suriname: Langman Kandr, (novos registros), que evidenciam uma ampla distribuição, que atinge a Costa Rica e configura novo registro do gênero para a América Central.
