RESUMO A Justiça Restaurativa é uma realidade em vários países no mundo, inclusive no Brasil, onde passa por um momento de expansão dentro do Poder Judiciário. O objetivo desta pesquisa e realizar um mapeamento da aplicação da Justiça Restaurativa nos tribunais de justiça brasileiros. Esta é uma pesquisa qualiquantitativa, exploratoria, bibliográfica e documental. Ao final, foi possível observar que o Judiciário tornou a Justiça Restaurativa uma política institucionalizada e encontra-se, documentalmente, amplamente difundida
