Abstract

Maqolada o‘qituvchilarning malakasini oshirish va qayta tayyorlashni yangi metodologik asosda tashkil etish, o‘qituvchilarda takomillashishga ichki ehtiyoj, ya’ni kasbiy va ma’naviy qiziqishni tashqi ta’sir imkoniyatlari bilan o‘zaro uyg‘unlashtirish, insonning o‘z-o‘zini anglashi asosida tashkil etish haqida so’z ketadi.
