
Foucault fue un atento lector de Kant, que abordó en sus reflexiones muchas posibilidades de orden epistémico. Tuvo lecturas y escritos respecto a él, que variaron a lo largo de su vida; pero que no dejó de ser un referente filosófico para su pensamiento, en especial, en asuntos que tocan con la modernidad, la verdad, la ética y la antropología. El presente escrito se apoya y centra su atención sobre estos dos últimos aspectos a lo largo de la vida académica del pensador francés.
Foucault was an attentive reader of Kant, who addressed many possibilities of an epistemic order in his reflections. He had readings and writings about him, which varied throughout his life; but that he did not cease to be a philosophical reference for his thought, especially in matters that touch on modernity, truth, ethics and anthropology. The present writing is supported and focuses its attention on these last two aspects throughout the academic life of the French thinker.
